When will my preorder item ship?Updated a year ago

Our preorder items are our best selling pieces that frequently sell out right away. The best way to ensure availability for these pieces is to place a preorder.

Preorder Details:

• Payment is charged immediately at checkout, not when the item ships.
• Please allow up to 2 weeks for shipping on preorders — this is an approximation communicated by our manufacturer. 2 weeks is the maximum lead time, but most of the time preorders will ship much sooner than 2 weeks.
• If at any time you would like to cancel your preorder for a full refund to the original method of payment, please do so prior to shipping (you will be notified by email when your item has shipped).
• If you need to cancel your preorder or update it in any way, please call 855.200.4122 or email us at [email protected].
• If you are ordering a preorder item with an in-stock item, you will only be charged shipping once at the initial time of purchase. You will not be charged again when your preorder has shipped.
• For returns on preorders, you have 21 days from the day that you received the order — not the date on the original invoice as this is the order date.
