Our 14k Gold and Silver finishes give our products a unique appearance. All of our products are plated nickel free and sealed with a clear anti tarnish coating to help protect the piece and provide a long lasting hold to it's finish.

What is your jewelry made of? 

Bryan Anthonys provides a shipping insurance option to accompany your order that can be found during the checkout process. This is useful in the event of any damage or peril to your item that may lead to any of the following:

- Replacement of original order
- Refund of original order
- Issue a gift card of equal value

**Shipping insurance is eligible in the US only.

Do you offer shipping insurance?

Our frames and canvases ship from our printer vendor’s facility. If you order jewelry with one of these items, you will have two separate packages, tracking numbers, and delivery dates. 

It will take 6 - 12 business days for your frame or canvas to process and ship from our printing vendor’s facility. You will receive tracking information once your frame or canvas ships. It will ship via FedEx Ground Home Delivery. 

**The holiday shipping cutoff date for Personalized Frames, Frames & Canvases is December 11, 2023. 

**Our frames and canvases do NOT ship outside of the United States.

When will I receive my Frame or Canvas?

You may return items purchased at full price within 20 days of the delivery date for a full refund, exchange or store credit. Items that are purchased on sale can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date for store credit or exchanged at the same value as when purchased. Bryan Anthonys is not responsible for return shipping costs. 

Please note that returns should be unworn and in original packaging for them to be accepted.

What is your return policy?

You can add a complimentary gift message by clicking "Add Gift Message", typing your message and selecting "Save". This option will print your gift message on a 5x7 branded Bryan Anthonys card. 

Or

You can purchase a personalized greeting card by clicking "Add Gift Message" and selecting the "Upgrade" option. You will then be redirected to our greeting card options. Once you select the greeting card of your choice, you have the ability to add a personalized message. If you would like the greeting card to be blank, you must select "Your Message Here" and delete.

**The two gift messaging options can not be applied to your order if your only purchasing Framed Prints or Canvases.
